Reservation Policies

• Nakarin by Tin Box is an exclusive dining establishment for our Gold and Black members.
• A minimum of 2 pax is required for reservations to be made.
• Reservation can only be made via WhatsApp or email.
• Nakarin will be allocating the table seating; special requests for counter or table are not guaranteed.
• Cancellations and changes will only be accepted if requested 72 hours before your visit.

Dining Restrictions & House Rules

• Guests are to state their dietary restrictions or allergies (if any) during the reservation process.
• Predominantly our chef's menu are a curated specialty and any last minute request may not be accomodated.
• Before and during dinner services, our reservation's hotline may be temporarily unattended as we focus on giving the best dining experience for our guests.
• Any urgent matters, please leave a message on our WhatsApp, and we will attend to it as soon as possible.
• Unduly intoxication will not be tolerated.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed.
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited anywhere in the vicinity.
• Tin Box Group will not be liable for any lost and found items within our premises.
• Fees will be imposed for damages caused to fixtures & vomit within our premises.
